Raiza Rieger serves as the ECM Program Director, overseeing Enhanced Care Management operations across San Diego and Riverside counties. She began her career in direct care coordination, working closely with members experiencing complex medical, behavioral health, housing, and social needs. That hands-on experience continues to shape her leadership approach today.
In her role as Program Director, Raiza supports the overall success of the ECM program by guiding Care Coordinators, strengthening workflows, promoting quality assurance, and ensuring members receive compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care. She is deeply committed to building a team culture rooted in accountability, empathy, collaboration, and respect for the members and communities served.
Raiza also brings a strong clinical foundation to her leadership. She completed nursing school and is a licensed Registered Nurse in Brazil, which gives her a deeper understanding of whole-person care and the challenges faced by medically complex members. Her clinical background, combined with her experience in care coordination and program operations, allows her to support both the team and members with a thoughtful, holistic perspective.
